To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, all warranties, conditions and other terms of any kind, whether express or implied are expressly disclaimed, including, but not limited to any implied term of merchantability, satisfactory quality and fitness for a particular purpose.
No warranty or representations are made that no advice or information, whether oral or written, obtained by Laritza Rijo shall create any warranty or other obligation not expressly stated in the conditions.
Laritza Rijo can’t guarantee that a surgeon will accept your case as it depends on several different factors such as a client’s physical health or condition and/or the surgeon’s availability.
All fees are non-refundable. Once any type of coordination/advising has commenced, no refunds will be given. If client cancels or reschedules for a programmed concierge service, client can be reimbursed if no later date is offered.
